We spent four nights in the hotel whilst discovering Bavaria. We arrived at 11am and were very pleased that our room was ready for us straight away, we had travelled from early hours in the UK and the early check in was a bonus. Every member of staff throughout the hotel was very friendly, breakfast buffet was extensive with lots of choices, the room was adequate for our needs. The location is ideal, very close to all that Munich has to offer in a very nice part of the city. I would recommend this hotel and would like to thank them for their hospitality.

Small, inexpensive but well-located hotel in Munich. It’s everything you’d expect in a basic, modern, European hotel. We stayed two nights. Everything was clean. Easy walk to Marienplatz and other sights. There are excellent restaurants nearby. The rooms are quite small, of course, but that’s what one finds in City Centers

Great location, very clean, very helpful staff. Breakfast great. Double room looking onto the garden. The shower door could do with an update. But that is the only slightly bad thing I could say. It was clean and functional. Foyer very comfortable and overall a lively friendly welcoming feeling in the hotel. Close to restaurants, Haufbrauhouse, supermarket, chemist etc. Great location. Family with us had stayed in numerous other hotels in the same area in Munich before and said this was the best one they had stayed in. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

We stayed during Oktoberfest. Pros This is a smaller hotel that is tucked away on a side street but very close/ walking distance to major attractions. It was just a few minutes to walk to Marienplatz. Hotel was very quiet on a low traffic street. Underground transit to the Oktoberfest grounds was also just a few minute walk. Breakfast buffet was excellent with hot American breakfast options such as bacon and eggs and European options too. Large selection of breads and pastries. Room was clean and did not have carpet which was a plus. Cons Shower stall was incredibly small. There was a lock box in the room but honestly the lock and key were of poor quality. Hallways had carpet and the carpet was quite dirty and matted, needs replacement.
